Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead Shipping, Receiving, Stocking, Order Filling, and Cycle Counting, driving site performance and continuous improvement. You will plan schedules, lead a large team, and implement training and safety programs to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires supervisory experience in distribution/warehouse or logistics, with mandatory material handling and forklift experience and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Material handling and forklift experience mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license, medical certification, and clean driving record required.
• Commercial driver's license preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in warehouse, transportation and logistics best practices and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plans work schedules and assigns duties to staff to maintain adequate staffing and performance.
• Interviewing and providing feedback to HR and Warehouse Manager.
• Directs work of the team, including hiring, performance appraisals, and budget processes.
• Lead and motivate a large team and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Implement training programs including new employee onboarding.
• Oversee safety procedures and training for staff.
