Crane, a leader in logistics, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to plan layouts, optimize storage, and coordinate stock handling across shifting operations. You will oversee workflow, set schedules, and assign duties to a team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and 2–3 years of supervisory work. Certifications may be required in some areas.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years relevant, job-related experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
