Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee storage layouts, advise staff on handling and safety, and plan work procedures to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of related experience, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. Certification may be needed in some areas; strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.
