Job summary

Crane is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee staffing, scheduling and performance of warehouse personnel. You will coordinate with other departments to boost efficiency and protect company assets while driving cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations.
• 3+ years in supervisory/management roles.

Responsibilities

• Participates in recruitment of hourly warehouse staff.
• Plans, directs, schedules and assigns warehouse jobs.
• Coaches, mentors and motivates staff to achieve targets.
• Coordinates with other departments for efficiency and cohesion.
• Oversees cost control to improve gross profit.
• Maintains equipment reliability via third-party vendor and protects assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
