Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years relevant experience, education or combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas considering turnover, size, and weight.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items and methods of handling stock.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and inspects work for accuracy and policy conformance.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Enforces safety regulations.
