A background in warehouse operations and supervisory experience is preferred, with emphasis on reliability and process improvement. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and leadership to support efficient shipping and receiving workflows

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three to four years of relevant, job-related experience.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas considering turnover, size, and weight.
• Advises employees on care, handling, storage, and shipping of stock and use of equipment.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and ensures accuracy, neatness, and policy conformance.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Enforces safety regulations.
