Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring high levels of productivity.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400.
• Coordinate logistics activities with 3PL providers to optimize distribution center operations.
• Supervise operation of material handling equipment including forklifts and RF scanners for safe, efficient movement of goods.
• Develop and execute lean process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage shipping and receiving schedules to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting, documentation, and communication.
