Job summary

MCL JASCO in Detroit, MI is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations of a heavy-duty electrical equipment warehouse. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance with procedures.

Lead forklift operators and clerks, organize layout and workflows, and coordinate with purchasing, project managers, and sales teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant warehouse management experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience; related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to support customer needs.
• Maintain efficient layout and material flow to maximize productivity.
• Monitor daily operations and implement workflow improvements.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with vendors and carriers.
• Prepare operational reports for leadership.
• Provide safety training and enforce OSHA standards.
