Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and distribution processes.
• Experience with WMS and ERP tools such as AS400.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create production reports and summaries gathering all required information.
• Participate in production meetings to discuss material flow and personnel issues.
• Ensure warehouse staff complete tasks on time following guidelines.
• Order supplies for daily operation within budget constraints.
• Record and manage quality issues for internal or external parts.
• Monitor shipments, audits, and packing for quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with OS vendors to track parts as needed.
• Assist in sorting and packaging activities.
• Assist in re-sorting quality issue parts.
• Unload and load trucks as required.
• Operate and maintain Stand-Up Forklift (valid driver’s license).
