Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
• 3 to 8 years of warehouse or fabrication operations experience, including supervisory experience.
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, OSHA 30, Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Audit and report inventory; resolve discrepancies through cycle counts and WMS reconciliation.
• Manage and schedule warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluation.
• Enforce OSHA and safety compliance; conduct safety audits and incident investigations.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and labor cost per unit.
• Optimize warehouse layout, slotting, and workflows to improve efficiency; coordinate inbound and outbound freight scheduling.
• Use WMS/ERP and AI-assisted tools for labor planning and process improvement.
