Job summary

Accelevation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Logistics operations across multiple shifts. You will drive safety, improve inventory accuracy, and develop hourly teams while supporting production schedules and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage end-to-end material flow from receipt to shipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations
• Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Material Handling teams
• Drive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage inbound receiving, inventory transactions, material storage, and outbound shipments
• Coordinate transportation, freight carriers, intercompany transfers, and customer deliveries
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle count and material control initiatives
• Lead staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development
• Develop and maintain training matrices and cross-training programs
• Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Establish and track department KPIs and ensure achievement of operational goals
