You will manage staffing, budgets, and KPIs while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and customer service to meet financial goals and sustain service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management or related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and shipping logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Analyze workflows and drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) to increase efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety compliance; conduct audits and training.
• Prepare and manage budgets for warehouse operations and forecast expenditures.
• Communicate with procurement, logistics, and customer service to streamline operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on warehouse operations, implementing corrective actions.
