Qualifications

• Build relationships with peers, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control, and Transportation.
• Ensure operations comply with OSHA standards.
• Coach and mentor team members to boost production performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SOP adherence.
• Foster safety and teamwork within the department.
• Meet company productivity standards and keep the workspace clean.
