Job summary

Living Spaces in Humble, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse 1 to lead our distribution center team toward productivity, cost control, quality, and safety goals. You will direct daily workflow, set targets, and ensure tasks are executed efficiently.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse supervision, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems. You will coach staff, promote safety, and collaborate with partners to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a distribution center role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS); AX knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to meet KPI targets for productivity, cost, quality, and safety.
• Plan and prioritize daily workflow, flow, and resource utilization.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Collaborate with peers, leadership, HR, Asset Protection, and Transportation to align goals.
