Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years in warehouse supervisor or distribution center role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report distribution center KPIs and performance metrics.
• Set daily/weekly goals with department managers and ensure execution.
• Oversee day-to-day activity: planning, flow, and resource prioritization.
• Drive process improvements across shifts for safety, quality and delivery goals.
• Build relationships with peers, leadership, HR, Asset Protection, Inventory Control and Transportation.
