Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs.

• Lead budget management and team KPIs.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit DSPs and onboarding for staffing.

• Oversee regional fleet operations and cost control.
• Manage vehicle resources (in-house and outsourced).
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
