Job summary

ADP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Atlanta, GA for a hands-on leadership role on the warehouse floor. You will supervise daily operations across shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, and workflow coordination to ensure productivity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management within distribution/manufacturing, with experience in Warehouse Management Systems and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years of operations management experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (ILS or similar).
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Actively work on the warehouse floor daily while supervising and supporting warehouse employees in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and material handling activities.
• Pick, pack and ship orders according to schedule assignment.
• Monitor orders in Parcel and LTL areas to maintain cut-off times and steady production flow.
• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor to oversee workflow and address issues.
• Lead by example with hands-on involvement during peak workloads or staffing shortages.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse personnel while reinforcing company policies and safety.
