Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Weaversville, PA distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 employees and oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Occasional overtime and schedule adjustments may be required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse/ distribution center.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing labor and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with employees at all levels; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 warehouse associates and support staff.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Allocate labor and equipment to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
• Partner with shipping and operations leadership to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and overall performance; prepare shift and operational reports.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and priorities to employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and engagement.
• Address day-to-day employee and operational concerns with sound judgment.
