Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and stock control. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy of inventory, and implement efficient processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred. OSHA forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse supervisor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers in materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, and shipping.
• Review orders and movements; monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Develop schedules; supervise staff; provide guidance and performance feedback.
