Job summary

The role involves inspecting inbound items, coordinating with shippers on damages, and ensuring outbound shipments meet specifications. Strong SAP/Excel skills and WMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, General Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• 1–3 years of experience in general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and ensure daily tasks are completed timely and safely.
• Verify and maintain records on all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory by following policy and procedures.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and coordinate with shipper to rectify issues.
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Perform daily cycle counts to guarantee accuracy.
