Monster Energy in Fort Worth is seeking a Lead, Operations to oversee warehouse staff, ensure daily tasks are completed on time and safely, and maintain authoritative records for all incoming and outgoing shipments.

You will verify inventory accuracy by following policy, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines, inspect shipments for damage, and coordinate with shippers to rectify issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/general management or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• 1-3 years of experience in general warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and WMS.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices and systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staff and ensure daily tasks are completed on time and safely.
• Verify and maintain records on all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory by following policy and procedures.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Inspect incoming shipments and reject damaged items.
• Examine outgoing shipments for accuracy and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Perform daily cycle counts to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Support team when required -- assemble hoses to meet customer/stocking needs.
• Maintain office functions including filing and matching receiving paperwork.
