Monster Energy, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Inventory Supervisor to manage warehouse inventory control processes and ensure record accuracy. You will lead the team, oversee counts, and maintain documentation to meet policies.

Responsibilities include driving accuracy in counts, researching discrepancies, analyzing trends, and coaching staff to achieve safety and deadlines while communicating improvements with management and other departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of inventory management and logistics experience.
• 1–3 years leading teams and warehouse operations; experience with inventory software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise physical counts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory documentation and filing.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends.
• Train and motivate staff; improve processes.
