Monster Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily material movement, receiving, loading, and shipping operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards to ensure efficient warehouse performance.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, process improvements, and collaboration with shift supervisors and the warehouse manager to address outstanding issues and drive operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers involved in material movement, receiving, loading/unloading, transporting, stocking, order filling, and shipping.
• Maintain stock records and verify accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
