Responsibilities

Assist with design and implementation of work methods and procedures for shipments and inventory.
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments; maintain inventory accuracy.
Develop work schedules and supervise staff; provide guidance and performance reviews.
Improve production methods and equipment performance; suggest changes to working conditions.
Provide leadership and maintain high safety standards.
Coordinate with shift supervisor and warehouse manager on progress and issues.
Keep accurate records and submit required paperwork.
