Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers engaged in materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, and order filling.
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and audits.
• Develop work schedules and assign work; train, evaluate, and guide staff; support promotions or transfers as needed.
• Review processes to improve production methods, equipment performance, and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and set high standards of work practices and safety-conscious behavior.
• Communicate progress and issues with other supervisors and warehouse manager.
• Keep accurate records and complete required paperwork.
