Nefco Corp. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Distribution Operations associate reporting to the Logistics Manager to handle receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing and dispatching of construction supply material.

Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, coordinating with inbound and inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining safe, efficient warehouse operations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehousing, HS diploma, ERP familiarity, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and

Competenze

Requires 2+ years in industrial warehousing or distribution operations.
Must communicate effectively up, down and across the organization.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Ability to use NEFCO's ERP software system.
Ability to utilize warehouse layouts for planning.

Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking and packing per guidelines.
Ensure order accuracy and quality for delivery.
Coordinate with inbound/inventory to minimize discrepancies and errors.
Process shipments for customer delivery and loading.
