Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping within our US distribution operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

The position requires two-plus years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and picker machines. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm, full-time in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• Two (2) plus years of work experience.
• Ability to read and understand English, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquires materials, records, and shipment information for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Inspects products, storage conditions, and outputs to maintain accuracy and readiness.
• Consolidates inventory and workflow data to improve transaction accuracy.
• Adjusts warehouse activities within guidelines to address exceptions and priorities.
• Preserves product condition and inventory integrity through proper handling and movement.
• Screens operational issues to enable timely escalation and corrective action.
