Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse role in Columbus, OH. Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with full-time, on-site duties supporting American Health Packaging.

You will train staff, assist with receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3+ years in warehouse operations, with proficiency in basic math, English reading, and equipment like IE, reach trucks, forklifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English and compare product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Basic math skills for counting, receiving, and inventory tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and understanding of DC workflow with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Train other warehouse associates and provide feedback on performance.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking, returns, and shipments.
• Oversee shipping or general operations as needed (UPS, emergency orders).
• Provide tactical direction to warehouse staff and coordinate daily workloads.
• Verify merchandise against documents and manage stock rotations.
• Operate equipment such as IE, reach truck, picker, pallet jack, forklift.
