Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping within our distribution services in the US. This role requires operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts; shift is Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm.

Two (2) plus years of work experience with a good understanding of DC workflow and ability to work with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

Acquires materials, records, and shipment information to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Inspects products, storage conditions, and order outputs to maintain handling accuracy and shipment readiness.
Consolidates inventory and operational information to improve transaction accuracy and workflow coordination.
Adjusts warehouse activities within established guidelines to address routine exceptions and changing priorities.
Preserves product condition and inventory integrity through proper handling, storage, and movement practices.
Screens operational issues and process gaps to enable timely escalation and corrective action.
