Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a Warehouse Lead role in Columbus, OH. The position oversees daily order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns, while guiding a team of warehouse associates. You may operate PkMS devices or stand-in for various duties with strong attention to safety and accuracy.

The job requires a HS diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in warehouse roles. You will coordinate workloads, oversee shipping, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Trains other warehouse associates in duties and responsibilities according to SOPs and observes performance to provide feedback.
• May use a PkMS device to perform daily tasks or may do these tasks without the use of a PkMS device.
• Responsible to assist warehouse personnel with the efficient execution of order filling, receiving, stocking and returns.
• May oversee shipping and general operations (UPS, emergency orders or general deliveries).
• As shift Lead, provides day-to-day tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates.
• Responsible for daily workloads and coordinates workflow.
