Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities in our US distribution services. The role requires basic math, strong organizational skills, and reliable teamwork to ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience. Applicants should be able to read English and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Two (2) plus years of work experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and understand English to compare product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Basic mathematical skills and strong organizational abilities are required.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills; maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Acquires materials, records, and shipment information needed to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Inspects products, storage conditions, and order outputs to maintain handling accuracy and shipment readiness.
• Consolidates inventory and operational information to improve transaction accuracy and workflow coordination.
• Adjusts warehouse activities within established guidelines to address routine exceptions and changing priorities.
• Preserves product condition and inventory integrity through proper handling, storage, and movement practices.
• Screens operational issues and process gaps to enable timely escalation and corrective action.
