Job summary

DSV is seeking a Manager - Inventory to lead QA and inventory control in a high-volume warehouse in Walton, USA. You will supervise a team, ensure accurate data in the WMS, and drive continuous improvement in stock accuracy and compliance with GMP and FDA standards.

You will oversee daily operations, implement space utilization plans, and prepare monthly management reports while coordinating recalls and client satisfaction initiatives. Strong leadership and QA expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a management capacity.
• 2 years’ experience as a Quality Manager.
• 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Manager.
• Preferred knowledge of ISO, HACCP, 21CFR, FDA, SQF.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer/colder months.

Responsibilities

• Input data accurately into WMS.
• Oversee scheduled shifts, evaluate work of team members.
• Analyze daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Audit daily error reports and correct as necessary.
• Lead physical inventory efforts and maintain QA documentation.
• Develop and maintain site QMS documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate training and supplier quality management actions.
