Job summary

Diasorin in Cypress, CA is seeking a Diagnostics Receiving Clerk to verify, inspect, record, store, and distribute all receipts from vendors and clients, ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, IVDD, and IVDR requirements.

You will sort, stock, and deliver inventory, support material requisitions, and maintain accurate perpetual inventory while upholding quality and safety standards in a dynamic laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• AA degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2+ years previous experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with pallet jack and forklift preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Sort and deliver all receipts to appropriate personnel.
• Stock inventory items in designated bins or units.
• Provide timely staging and delivery of all in-house material requisitions.
• Copy packing slips, receivers, and file for records.
• Fill emergency material requisitions as required.
• Perform housekeeping of receiving and stockroom areas.
• Maintain integrity of perpetual inventory.
• Process electronic orders from various departments in the laboratory.
