Job summary

Data Center Storage & Logistics seeks a Warehouse PM to oversee on-site warehouse operations, directing inbound, storage, inspections, and load-out with focus on safety and accuracy. You’ll collaborate with Program PMs and field teams to ensure equipment is managed per standards and project timelines are met.

You will coordinate third-party rigging and handling crews, maintain the WMS data twin in sync with the floor, and drive continuous improvements in workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations or related field with direct product movement responsibility.
• Experience directing third-party rigging/handling crews and enforcing safety standards.
• Forklift and other lifting equipment certification.
• Experience safely operating warehouse equipment and overseeing licensed operators.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, rigging principles and safe handling for heavy equipment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inbound/outbound activities safely.
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to document inspections and material movement in a WMS; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound process for customer product, coordinating and directing offload, receiving, and inbounding.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, logistics, and specialty moving teams on site.
• Dispatch only from approved provider bench and ensure active providers have current insurance.
• Report building issues to the Manager of Facility Operations and support resolution.
• Direct warehouse organization, staging plans, storage layout, and equipment placement.
• Oversee load-out operations and ensure on-schedule accuracy against project requirements.
• Perform and document inspections of incoming/outgoing product and report discrepancies.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe, orderly environment on the floor.
• Coordinate with the Program PM to align execution with customer needs and timelines.
• Keep WMS and equipment digital twin updated in real time for accurate records.
• Conduct inventory audits accurately and consistently.
• Support new site launches and onboarding by helping scope, plan, and stand up operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in workflows.
• Perform other duties to support the broader operations team.
• Be willing to travel to support other DCSL locations.
