Job summary

Data Center Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse PM to lead physical warehouse operations at a Phoenix facility. You will oversee inbound receiving, storage, audits, and load-out, coordinating with field crews and vendors to meet safety and quality standards.

You will manage on-site rigs, logistics, and the daily floor plan while ensuring the WMS reflects real-time activity and equipment locations. This hands‑on role requires travel flexibility and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with direct responsibility for physical product movement.
• Experience directing third‑party rigging, handling, or moving crews and enforcing safety standards.
• Forklift and other lifting equipment certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and enforcing a safety‑first culture.
• Valid driver’s license; ability and willingness to travel to DCSL locations.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process coordination with offload, receiving, and inbounding to ensure accurate staging on arrival.
• Manage third‑party rigging, handling, logistics, and moving teams; ensure safety, timelines, and quality.
• Verify providers are active on the bench; escalate if coverage or qualifications are in question.
• Report site utilities, HVAC, dock equipment, and security issues to the Manager of Facility Operations for resolution.
• Direct warehouse organization, staging plans, storage layout, and equipment tracking within the facility.
• Oversee load-out operations; ensure timely and accurate release against requirements.
• Conduct inspections of incoming/outgoing product and document discrepancies.
• Enforce safety standards across all warehouse activities; maintain safe environment.
• Coordinate with Program PM to align execution with customer needs and timelines.
• Keep WMS and digital twin updated to reflect on-floor reality.
