Job summary

Data Center Storage and Logistics seeks a Warehouse PM to own on-site execution of inbound, storage, and load-out for customer equipment. You will lead floor operations, oversee third-party teams, and ensure safety, accuracy, and timely project movement.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Program PM, maintaining the WMS, inspecting goods, and driving continuous improvement while travel to multiple DCSL sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, logistics, or a closely related field.
• Direct responsibility for physical product movement and/or warehouse operations.
• Forklift and other lifting equipment certification.
• Experience directing third-party rigging, handling, or moving crews and holding vendors to safety/performance standards.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, rigging principles, and safe handling practices for heavy or high-value equipment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inbound/outbound activities without sacrificing safety or accuracy.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and OSHA requirements and enforcing a safety-first culture on the floor.
• Ability to travel to DCSL warehouse locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process for customer product, coordinating offload, receiving, and inbounding for accurate staging on arrival.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, logistics, and moving teams; schedule, direct, and ensure safety and quality.
• Verify providers on bench, ensure active insurance, and escalate/stop work if coverage or qualification is in question.
• Report site issues (utilities, HVAC, dock equipment, security) to the Manager of Facility Operations.
• Direct warehouse organization, including staging plans, storage layout, and tracking of customer equipment.
• Oversee load-out operations and ensure timely, accurate release against requirements.
• Perform and document inspections of incoming/outgoing product for damages or discrepancies.
• Enforce safety standards and operational procedures across warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with Program PM to align execution with customer needs and timelines.
• Keep WMS and digital twin updated to reflect real-time location and condition.
