Job summary

DCSL is seeking a Warehouse PM to own on-site execution of warehouse operations at a designated facility, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of customer product from inbound to load-out. You will lead floor operations, coordinate third-party rigging and handling teams, and ensure WMS alignment with on-floor activity.

You will also travel to other DCSL locations as needed and collaborate with the Program PM to maintain project timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with physical product movement.
• Experience directing third-party rigging/handling crews.
• Forklift and lifting equipment certification.
• Experience safely operating equipment and supervising licensed operators.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and rigging; safe handling of heavy/high-value gear.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple inbound/outbound activities.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process and coordinate offload, receiving, and inbounding so equipment is accounted for and staged on arrival.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, logistics, and moving teams; enforce safety standards and timelines.
• Verify provider activity and insurance; escalate and stop work if coverage or qualifications lapse.
• Report site issues (utilities, HVAC, dock equipment) to the Manager of Facility Operations.
• Direct warehouse organization including staging plans and storage layout; track equipment.
