ProLift Rigging is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of the warehouse and storage yard, ensuring safe, efficient handling of customer equipment, materials, and inventory. This role provides operational leadership for warehouse personnel, inventory management, logistics coordination, asset protection, and facility operations in support of customer projects.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of warehouse, logistics, transportation, or operations experience.
• Minimum of three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational performance.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and developing employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments, including frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and inspections.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and storage yard operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly received, inspected, documented, stored, and distributed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and storage capacity to support projects.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with Warehouse Project Manager to set priorities and allocate resources.
• Participate in project planning and advise on inventory and logistics.
• Communicate readiness, staffing, inventory, and risks to project leadership.
• Maintain accountability for all inventory and assets; oversee audits and cycle counts.
• Promote OSHA compliance and safety inspections; lead training and certifications.
