Job summary

Data Center Storage and Logistics seeks a Warehouse PM to lead the physical execution of warehouse operations at an assigned Houston facility. You will oversee inbound receiving, storage, inspections, audits, and final load-out, coordinating with the Program PM and field crews to keep projects on track.

This role requires strong vendor management, safety leadership, and precise use of the WMS to reflect real-time product movement and condition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse ops, material handling, or related field with direct product movement responsibility.
• Experience directing third-party rigging, handling crews, and enforcing safety/performance standards.
• Forklift or lifting equipment certification required.
• Experience operating equipment safely and overseeing licensed operators.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, rigging principles, and safe handling for heavy/high-value gear.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound process for customer product from offload to staging on arrival.
• Manage third-party rigging, handling, logistics, and moving teams with safety, timelines, and quality in mind.
• Dispatch only from approved provider bench; verify active status and that insurance is current.
• Report site issues (utilities, HVAC, dock equipment, etc.) to Facility Ops Manager for resolution.
• Direct physical organization: staging plans, storage layout, space utilization, tracking of equipment.
• Oversee load-out operations, ensuring timely, accurate pull, staging, and release.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing product; document damage or discrepancies per protocols.
• Enforce safety standards across all physical warehouse activity.
• Coordinate with Program PM to align execution with customer needs and timelines.
• Keep WMS and equipment digital twin in real time; ensure accurate records.
• Conduct inventory audits accurately and consistently.
• Support new site launches and onboarding by scoping and standing up operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in workflows.
• Perform other duties to support broader operations team.
• Willingness to travel to other DCSL locations as needed.
