Job summary

ProSource Wholesale of Nashville is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for inventory accuracy, team supervision, operational performance, and delivering outstanding service to customers, installers, and showroom staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, storage, staging, and shipping.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, staging, and shipping activities.
• Lead and support warehouse team members by scheduling, training, coaching, and assigning daily responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and inventory management systems.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality, accuracy, and damage.
• Coordinate product availability for customer pickups, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Load, unload, and safely move materials using warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Partner with showroom leadership to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve performance.
