Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, distribution, supply chain and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across distribution, inventory, and supply chain functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and inventory control processes.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
