Job summary

PrimeSource is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to direct and coordinate activities of warehouse staff in receiving and distributing building materials. The role supervises 5–35 employees, enforces policies, and drives safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, cycle counts, inventory management, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries from the distribution center. AAssociates degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Associates degree or equivalent; logistics background is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; SAP helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates warehouse workers; supervises 5–35 staff.
• Recruits interviewing and other talent acquisition activities.
• Manages inventory, receiving, and truck routes as needed.
• Ensures safety training and OSHA/records retention compliance.
• Enforces company policies, procedures and performance standards.
