Job summary

Mission Foods seeks an experienced warehouse professional to train new staff, enforce policies, and oversee daily shipping office operations in Albuquerque. You will coordinate with Purchasing, issue POs, and ensure accurate inventory and safety compliance.

The role requires leadership, bilingual communication skills, and a track record in warehousing or logistics. A strong focus on GMPs, HACCP, and AIB standards is essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED completed.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Training skills.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees in policies, safety, loading, warehouse organization, and AIB training.
• Ensure daily shipping office operations accuracy and arrange shipping appointments.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to pickup product from vendors and interplant transfers.
• Issue POs for needed items; maintain equipment; monitor cooler charts.
• Oversee product rotation; track inventory of stretch film; report to Purchasing.
• Communicate shortages with Production Scheduler; coordinate with Quality on returns.
• Monitor production area for timely product movement; follow safety and GMPs.
• Attend safety and quality trainings; ensure HACCP and AIB standards; assist others.
