Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Albuquerque (NM) facility to oversee receiving, shipping, and material handling across shifts. You will design storage systems, improve operations, and lead a team of supervisors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in operations/logistics with supervisory experience; strong Lean/continuous improvement background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• 5+ years of operations/logistics or supply chain experience with two or more years of supervisory experience.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards of finished product and ensure smooth delivery for the Sales organization.
• Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances.
