Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for customers, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follow established procedures for inbound/outbound shipments, handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Foster teamwork through listening and clear communication with associates.
• Monitor attendance and tardiness; maintain records.
• Ensure daily safety procedure compliance.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to maintain skills.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and timesheets for staff and temps; address concerns.
• Oversee warehouse associates and ensure GMP for food-grade warehouse.
