Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to meet safety and customer service standards.
• Plan schedules and coordinate activities with the Logistics Manager for optimal shift performance.
• Monitor KPI and drive continuous improvements across the operation.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Ensure health, safety, and security policies are implemented and followed.
