Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Bolingbrook, Illinois. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coordinating picking, packing, shipping and receiving while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires leadership, forklift experience, and strong communication. The position offers a 2nd shift 2:30 PM–11:00 PM CDT with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth at Ryder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• 1+ year experience with RF scanners required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Oversee loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Assign daily tasks and manage shift operations.
• Coach team members to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure health and safety practices in the warehouse.
