Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading processes.
• Direct work assignments to employees.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift duties.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Suggest process improvements to supervisor.
• Communicate with internal/external partners.
• Address problems and help find solutions.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.
• Train new and current staff on SOPs and WIs.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and staging for deliveries.
• Assist in warehouse security and inventory reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
