Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Mocksville, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise the warehouse operations team, ensuring safe handling of materials, accurate shipments, and cost control. You will work with Plant Manager and Material Manager to meet customer needs, plan deliveries, and improve KPIs.

Experience in ERP/MRP and manufacturing warehousing is required. This is a salaried, on-site role with responsibilities across shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and staff reallocations as workload

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse and logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP/MRP systems experience in a fast-paced facility.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Plan trucks for on-time delivery to internal and external customers.
• Maintain records, KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager, Plant Coordinator, and Material Manager.
