Job summary

Aspen Utility Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise Associates, and ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment. The role supports field operations by timely staging and distribution of materials, while maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and prior warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Warehouse Associates, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Assign daily tasks including material orders, production materials, and yard cleaning.
• Review picks for accuracy before fulfillment and monitor productivity and timing.
• Notify field crews via email after orders are packed and ensure all materials are accounted for.
• Coordinate customer/material pickups with signed deliveries and photo documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies on pick tickets and communicate with approver before release.
• Lead coaching and training to maintain safety, organization, and accountability.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and secure facility at opening/closing.
